• Void where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that participation is legal in their state, region, or country.
• The administrator reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that violates applicable laws or these Rules & Regulations.
GENERAL RULES
This is a 100% skill-based contest. There is absolutely no gambling system involved.
There is no house to play against.
There are no over/under bets.
There are no point spreads or handicaps.
This is strictly a paid-entry contest.
ENTRY FEE: $12.50
• $2.50 is retained by the administrator to cover website maintenance and operational costs.
• $10.00 is allocated directly to the prize award for contest winners.
All outcomes are based solely on participants’ knowledge, analysis, and skill.
PAYMENT & PRIZE award RULE
• The base award prize is set at $100 per league week.
• If the number of participants generates a prize awardl greater than the base award, the prize amount will be adjusted upward to match the total money collected.
• Each league week prize award is independent and applies only to that league and week. Prize award are not combined across different leagues or weeks.
• Example:
– If 15 participants enter FMX League, Week 5, the prize award is $150 for that week only.
– If 20 participants enter La Liga, Week 5, the prize award is $200 for that week, separate from FMX.
• The administrator’s portion ($2.50 per entry) is fixed and does not affect the adjustment of the prize award.
• This ensures that the prize always grows proportionally with the number of participants for that specific league week.
MATCH GROUPING & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Each contest is based on a predefined set of matches from a specific league for a given week.
• The match set is treated as a single contest unit — participants must submit predictions for every match in the group.
• Partial entries are not allowed. The full match set must be completed for your entry to be valid.
• The contest winner is the participant with the most correct predictions across the entire match set.
• If more than one participant finishes with the same highest score, they are considered joint winners. There is no second place and no tie-breaker system.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES RULE
• Each entry applies only to one set of matches for a league.
• To submit another entry — whether for the same league and week or a different league — the participant must pay for and complete a new entry.
• Each entry is treated as independent. Results from multiple entries cannot be combined.
Example:
In FMX League, Week 10, user John submits two paid entries.
– Entry #1: John gets 6 correct predictions.
– Entry #2: John gets 4 correct predictions.
These entries are counted separately. John’s results cannot be combined into 10 correct outcomes.
The winner is decided per entry, based on the most correct predictions in that contest’s set of matches.
CUTOFF & FINAL SUBMISSION RULE
• All entries must be submitted at least 30 minutes before the first match of the selected league week begins.
• After the cutoff time, the submit button will be disabled. Entries started but not submitted before the cutoff will not count and will not be charged.
• Only paid entries successfully submitted before the cutoff time are valid.
• Participants are responsible for checking that their entry has been submitted.
• Once the first match for that league week has started, all selections are final.
• No changes can be made after the cutoff — not by participants and not by the administrator.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY & RESEARCH RULE
• The site may provide head-to-head data, basic statistics, and match information to assist participants in studying outcomes.
• However, it is the sole responsibility of each participant to research, analyze, and make their own predictions.
• Participants may use the data provided on the site or their own knowledge of the game and skills to determine their outcomes.
• The site is not responsible for providing complete or advanced data; participants who wish may perform additional study before submitting their outcomes.
MATCH OUTCOME RULE
• Match outcomes are based only on the 90 minutes of regulation play plus any stoppage time awarded by the referee.
• In elimination or knockout rounds, events occurring after regulation time (such as overtime or penalty shootouts) do not count toward contest results.
• The official outcome recorded at the end of regulation time + stoppage time is the result used for contest scoring.
SUSPENDED & POSTPONED MATCHES RULE (APPLIES FOR ANY REASON)
• This rule applies regardless of cause — including, for example: weather, field or stadium malfunction, power outage, security/crowd safety incidents, transportation delays, or any other reason.
• If a match is postponed before the cutoff time, it will be replaced with another random match to keep the contest’s match set complete.
• If a match is suspended after the cutoff time and is rescheduled to another day, contest results will wait until that match is completed and the regulation-time result is official.
• If a match is suspended after the cutoff time and the referee declares the match legally ended at that moment, the score at that time counts as the final outcome for contest scoring.
TRANSPARENCY RULE
• To ensure fairness and trust, all participant entries will be displayed on the website in the History section.
• This allows every participant to review all submitted entries and confirm full transparency in contest results.
• For transparency and integrity, employees or employers of the company are strictly prohibited from participating in any league or week.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT RULE
• After the last match of a league week is completed, the list of winner(s) for that league week will be published on the website.
• The winners will be displayed in the Coaches Den section so that all participants can verify the results.
